Claud “JR” Garrett
Owner/Project Manager
After graduating high school, he trained at the local union. From an electrical apprentice to a licensed (unrestricted and low voltage) electrician, he has 25 years of experience in all aspects of the electrical construction trade. However, he found his sweet spot in multi-family construction over 15 years ago. After gaining valuable knowledge with other large electrical contractors, he took a leap of faith and started his own company. Having started as a small service shop, his reputation in the industry didn’t keep Garrett Electrical as a service shop for long. Building an impressive portfolio Garrett Electricals’ multi-family division is gaining a reputation for 5-star service, providing 100% work nothing more nothing less.
Boyd Young
Estimator/Project Manager
Boyd has 25 years of experience in all aspects of the electrical trade: residential, commercial, industrial, controls, medium voltage, process automation. After high school he started with electrical work in manufacturing and production facilities with industrial and heavy commercial applications. Started doing residential and light commercial including single family homes, both tract and custom as well as retail build outs and white box. He then joined the union doing more industrial and heavy commercial work. He also ran commercial and industrial service divisions at a previous employer. Having this vast amount of field experience prepared him well for the estimating and project management aspects of the business. He believes in the PLUS 1 mentality.
Erin Garrett
Office/HR manager
Having started in the electrical industry in 2007 Erin keeps the office moving forward and aids in all aspects of HR. If any link is getting hinged up she can make sure the right person gets on the task at hand in a proficent and professional way.
Audrey Garrett
Assistant Project Manager/Billing
While Audrey is somewhat new to the electrical contractor environment her efficency and drive to learn new things have quickly made her irreplacable. She handles all things billing, while scheduling materials to keep the guys on site moving forward with your project. As an APM, she is extremely knowledgeable of each of the jobs she is involved in.
Trey Dotson
General Superintendent
Trey began his electrical in 2007. With experience in both standard and low voltage in residential and commercial with a specialty in the multi- family environment. Completing an impressive number of project he is third generation in a family of new construction multi family business professionals. You could say building apartments is in his blood. With strengths in ability to think outside of the box and problem solve. When it’s crunch time and the pressure is on he gets the job done.He looks forward to helping turn your set of blue prints into a ready to rent complex we can all be proud of.
